Successful site remediation is essential for addressing environmental impacts, achieving regulatory compliance, and supporting property reuse or redevelopment. VEI provides comprehensive remediation services tailored to the unique geological, chemical, and logistical conditions of each site.
Whether your project requires in-situ treatment, ex-situ soil management, engineered treatment systems, or regulatory approvals, VEI delivers practical, compliant, and cost-effective solutions backed by deep technical knowledge and field experience.
VEI has extensive experience with a wide variety of remediation solutions including:
Water Treatment involves removing contaminants and improving water quality to meet regulatory standards. It can be done for groundwater and/or discharge process water, which may include treating vapours or non-aqueous phase liquids. Commonly removed contaminants include Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Petroleum Hydrocarbons (PHCs), Ammonia, chlorinated solvents, VOCs, and Phenols. The result is that treated water that can be discharged into sewers, recirculated, reinjected, or released into the natural environment.
VEI utilizes our vast knowledge and equipment to assist with active facilities and construction projects, contaminated site remediation, mining sites, and long term permanent treatment systems. Contact VEI to explore the most suitable water treatment solution for your site.
VEI owns and operates a fleet of water treatment systems that are available for rental or purchase including:
VEI Arabia provides end-to-end remedial support so your team doesn’t have to manage multiple vendors — from initial site assessment and regulatory permitting through to performance monitoring and reporting.
Our specialists work alongside your consultants at every phase, ensuring compliance, quality assurance and clear communication across the project lifecycle.
Our remedial support services include:
Review & Assessment
Our process begins with a comprehensive examination of the project site and an in-depth review of available site assessment details. This allows us to gain a clear understanding of the unique site specific aspects and challenges at hand.
By doing so, we can align our understanding with the project goals and evaluate various technological approaches that could potentially meet the project’s objectives. This understanding enables us to devise a customized strategy for remediation and water management.
Design & Implementation
Next, we develop a detailed design that aligns with the tailored remediation and water management strategy. This process combines cutting-edge technologies and proven field methods to propose an effective and efficient solution.
Once finalized and approved, this detailed design is carefully executed on site by our experienced staff using our specialized tools and equipment. Any deviations from design, due to varying site conditions, are clearly communicated to all stakeholders and addressed throughout the implementation process.
Evaluation & Optimization
In this final stage, we collaborate with your team of experts to aid in post-implementation verification. This includes thorough QA/QC testing and supporting your consultants with their performance monitoring, sampling, and reporting tasks.
If additional adjustments to the design are needed, then insights from this process are utilized to further refine the solution, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our work, ultimately contributing to the successful completion of your project.
